Film review is really good, it is persuasive in terms of descriptions of the chinese red string tradition and the character and the story line and its plot. some sentences seemed a bit of a tongue twister and confused me but rarely, everything else is well worded and persuasive, and resmebles empire well, so layout and everything is on point.
This is a very good review because it thoroughly explains the film and it shows that you like the film, however what you could do is maybe criticize the film to make it sound exactly like a film review because you have praised it showing that you like it but there must be something bad about it.

I love the overall message you get from the film, its something that i feel many people could relate to and perhaps learn from. At times the sentances seemed long winded, but it never confused or made me unable to read it.
A review which is both fun and informative.You have really kept to the conventions of the empire magazine, making it believable and easy on the eye. The use of language is ofa really high level and at points you forget that your reading a review and feel more like your having a conversation. Although I must say sometimes there are sentences used which do not seemt to fit the rest of the review , so maybe just have a look at your choice of sentences and change a few. Overall a brilliant piece of work which you should be praised for!
